US Congressman Pete Sessions Visits Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar

Congressman Pete Sessions, who represents the 17th congressional district of Texas, USA, visited Swaminarayan Akshardham in Gandhinagar, where he was traditionally welcomed by Vishwaviharidas Swami.

During his visit, the Congressman performed abhishek, had darshan in the mahamandir, and experienced the timeless wisdom of Indian culture by viewing the exhibitions and the Sat-Chit-Anand Water Show.

Then, Congressman Sessions and senior BAPS swamis – Anandswarupdas Swami, Brahmaviharidas Swami, and Vishwaviharidas Swami – engaged in a deeply enriching meeting to discuss world peace, harmony and moral values.
