Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Shri Pema Khandu, visits Swaminarayan Akshardham

Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Chowna Mein, Chief Secretary Ms Shankuntala Gamlin and delegation visited Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar to experience India’s ageless beauty, borderless culture and timeless values.

On behalf of Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj, Vishwavihari Swami and Brahmavihari Swami welcomed Hon. Chief Minister Shri Khandu & Deputy Chief Minister Shri Chowna Mein with a garland and the tying of the sacred nadachhadi (sacred thread).

After offering respects and viewing the mandir’s architecture Hon. Chief Ministr offered prayers for peace and harmony by offering ‘abhishek’, the ceremonial pouring of sacred water upon the murti of Neelkanth Varni in Abhishek Mandapam.

Sharing his experience Hon. Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu said:

‘Akshardham is a matter of great pride, not just for Gujarat but for our entire nation. I feel humbled and inspired by the life and work of HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj. Truly blessed.’

On behalf of the Arunachal Pradesh delegation, Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh Ms Shakuntala Gamlin wrote: The experience of visiting Akshardham Temple has been the ultimate aesthetic, spiritual experience. The quiet sanity of the ambience amidst spectacular architectural splendour has been the wonder that is unparalleled. The noble and selfless spiritual life of Pramukh Swamiji and the successor Swami’s exudes discipline, selflessness, divinity and the divine work of art.

Chief Minister of Gujarat offers Prayers at Swaminarayan Akshardham

The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Hon. Shri Vijaybhai Rupani, began his first day in office after offering prayers and performing Abhishek at Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar. Arriving at 10 am, he was welcomed and garlanded by Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami at the main gate. Amidst the chanting of peaceful mantras of ‘Shantipath’ in the Abhishek Mandapam, special prayers were said for the unity, stability, peace and prosperity of Gujarat and the whole of India. Prayers were also offered for good rains in the country and for global harmony. While performing the Abhishek of Shri Neelkanth Varni’s murti with holy waters, the Hon. Chief Minister prayed for Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s health and long life, saying that Swamishri’s divine presence and blessings continue to inspire him deeply with inner strength.

Chief Justice of Gujarat Shri R. Subhash Reddy, visits Akshardham

Gujarat High Court’s Chief Justice Honourable Shri R. Subhash Reddy along with his wife visited Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar to experience India’s ageless beauty, borderless culture and timeless values.

On behalf of Pramukh Swami Maharaj, Sadhu Vishwavihari Das and Sadhu Brahmavihari Das welcomed Hon. Justice Reddy. After darshan and offering his respects, he marvelled at the mandir’s architecture saying, “More than just beauty, everything in Akshardham carries a deeper meaning and overflows with spirituality.”

The Hon. Justice then visited the exhibitions and offered prayers for peace and harmony by offering ‘abhishek’, upon the murti of Neelkanth Varni. He also watched the unique Vedic water show ‘Sat-chit-Anand’.

Sharing his experience Hon. Justice Shri Reddy wrote, “I, and on behalf of my wife, thank the management & Swamijis of Akshardham Temple. I say, this place is a symbol of peace and love in Gujarat state. Whoever will visit Akshardham Temple will experience what Humanity is. With best wishes”.

Founder of SEWA, Padma Vibhushan Ms. Elaben Bhatt, visits Swaminarayan Akshardham

The founder of Self Employed Women Association – SEWA and Chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith Padma Vibhushan Ms. Elaben Bhatt visited Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar to experience India’s ageless beauty, borderless culture and timeless values.

Ms Elaben Bhatt was welcomed with a garland by volunteers of Akshardham. She offered prayers for peace and harmony by offering ‘abhishek’, the ceremonial pouring of sacred water upon the murti of Shri Neelkanth Varni. She watched the unique Vedic water show ‘Sat-Chit-Anand’, a theatrical presentation about the ancient Upanishadic story of young Nachiketa, depicted with help of modern technology including fire effects, fountains, lasers and projections.

Sharing her experience at Akshardham, Ms Elaben Bhatt wrote, “Here I have seen a unique water show. An ideal example of spiritual learning – especially for children and youth. I personally experienced that my mind is developing in a noble way.”

India’s Air Chief Marshal Shri Arup Raha visited Swaminarayan Akshardham, Gandhinagar to experience India’s ageless beauty, borderless culture and timeless values.

Shri Arup Raha was welcomed with a garland by Pujya Swayamprakash Swami (Pujya Doctor Swami).

After seeing the Model Room, Shri Raha offered prayers for peace and harmony by offering ‘abhishek’, the ceremonial pouring of sacred water upon the murti of Shri Neelkanth Varni.

He watched the unique Vedic water show ‘Sat-Chit-Anand’, a theatrical presentation about the ancient Upanishadic story of young Nachiketa, depicted with help of modern technology – fountains, fire effects, fountains, lasers and projections.

Sharing his experience at Akshardham, Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha wrote, “It was a great pleasure to visit the Akshardham Temple.
