GROUP BOOKING

Swaminarayan Akshardham draws large number of visitors – especially families and children every day. As Since the exhibitions, water show and food court have limited seating capacity, we take utmost care to make provide smooth entry to and /exits to from these areas. If you are visiting us in a group of more than 50 people, please do let us know in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements for your group to make the visit to be memorable to for your group and comfortable for fellow visitors. Please note the followings for group booking:

1. Group visit booking should be done at least one week prior to your visit.
2. Minimum 50 members are required for a group booking.
3. Group visit booking are not available on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays due to the very large number of visitors on those days.
4. Submitting the request does not guarantee the booking. Once we receive your request for your group booking, we will contact you shortly and work with you to finalize your booking.
5. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
